500,000 Record Limit Removed for List Creation

Lists

What's new?

The 500,000 record limit when saving new lists in Bullhorn Automation has been removed. You can now create and save lists containing more than 500,000 candidates, contacts, or other records and associate them with automations.

Why does it matter?

For agencies managing databases with hundreds of thousands of candidates, data quality issues like outdated statuses or incorrect field values often affect large populations. This enhancement enables you to capture all affected records in a single list and automate bulk corrections, eliminating the need to split large populations into multiple lists or use external tools. If you have 500,000+ candidates requiring status updates or field corrections, you can now handle the entire population through one comprehensive automated workflow, dramatically reducing time spent on large-scale data cleanup initiatives.
