The 500,000 record limit when saving new lists in Bullhorn Automation has been removed. You can now create and save lists containing more than 500,000 candidates, contacts, or other records and associate them with automations.

Why does it matter?

For agencies managing databases with hundreds of thousands of candidates, data quality issues like outdated statuses or incorrect field values often affect large populations. This enhancement enables you to capture all affected records in a single list and automate bulk corrections, eliminating the need to split large populations into multiple lists or use external tools.
